| Description: | I'm considering entering a simple photo competition that focuses on dusk and dawn photos. The deadline is tomorrow, 3/31/10. I'd secretly love to get a new lens or something, but mostly I'm just trying to find excuses to make myself try a couple new things. Some of these are pretty long exposures, 30 seconds and up, and thankfully at the last minute the wind let up some. Uploading to Facebook introduced some grain and noise that isn't in the "real" versions. I'm not worried about it but it's interesting to see. Anyway, at the last minute I figured I'd run to a spot I've wanted to photograph for a while and I'm pleased with how most of it came out. If you see this and have a favorite on 3/31, let me know, I haven't decided which, if any, to include... (I'll sleep on it, too. I've got a couple others to pick out, and it's not too late to chicken out.) |
